If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of plastship or of a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of you do not outweigh the former interest, the Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as a legal basis for the processing.
7. Data deletion and storage duration
The personal data of you will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is omitted. In addition, it may be stored if provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject.
